Each of the 4 sides features a different style blade: Fine/Zester blade for citrus or hard cheese, Medium Ribbon blade for shredding cheddar cheeses, the NEW ultra coarse blade for shredding vegetables, and a Slicer blade for cucumbers and cheese slices. All of these superior blades are housed on a plastic tubular frame with comfortable ergonomic handle and rubber nonskid feet. And it is easy-to-clean, because the fine blade removes for easy access. The grating area is 5-1/4 inches x 4-1/4 inches and blades are made of surgical grade stainless steel. Cover included for storage.
